Tell your supplier(s)/factory(s) to do Telex-Release/Surrender/Express-Release (this will saves time, monies & headache), but IF you do
received a Original-Bill-of-Lading (OBL), email us copy ONLY & Please sign the OBL (any place on OBL) & Mail it to your freight forwarder /
shipping company in US. (OBL is negotiate between you & your supplier/factory)
First 2 HTC/HTS/Harmonized Tariff Code Classification are free, but after 2nd Classification of items, each Classification is $10 each per line.
For Example: IF you are importing 4 different category items (on your invoice/packing-list/Bill-of-Lading/ISF-Form: 100 apples, 75 Oranges, 50
Toys & 25 Desks), you will be charge extra $20 for ISF Filing + $20 for Customs Clearing Entry Filing. The Fees are added it to your Invoice
as ADDITIONAL CLASSIFICATION HTC/HTS Code / 7501 LINES. (click here) for 3 pages of sample 14 line / Two free / 12 x $10 = $120 fees
will be charge as 7501 LINE
To AVOIDED HTC/HTS/Harmonized Tariff Code Classification fees / 7501 LINES fees, please ask your Factory/Supplier to have it on the Invoice,
Packing-List & Bill-of-Lading (BL), if your Factory/Supplier don't know the HTC/HTS/Harmonzied Tariff Code, you could Look-up your own
(Duty/Tax) HTC/HTS/Harmonized Tariff Code (click here) or call & email US Customs Import Specialist (click here).
Also, First 2 factories/suppliers invoice submission are free for Customs Clearing Entry filing, under same Bill-of-Lading(B/L). For Example:
IF you are importing from 3 different factories/suppliers with 3 different invoice/packing-list. First 2 factories/suppliers invoice/packing-list
submission Entry filing are free, But AFTER 2nd invoice/packing-list factory/supplier, you will be charge $20 per supplier/factory invoice
submission to US Customs as ADDITIONAL INVOICES SUBMISSION & will be add on to your Customs Clearing invoice/fees (click here)
MUST described: what materials of each category are made-out-of at invoice, packing-list & bill-of-lading. For Example: if you are importing 10 of

IF you are buying from Two different factory/supplier, you could consolidated the shipment under one Bill-of-Lading(BL), but you can NOT
consolidated under one invoice/packing-list. It MUST be submitted as 2 different invoice/factory/supplier to US Customs.
Each Bill-of-Lading(B/L) is considered as one shipment & it must be cleared as each BL by US Customs/us.
Third Party Billing Waiver (if any) grantor hereby waivers receipt of the customs entries and invoices from the grantee and directs that copies of
your bills for services and copies of customs entries, isf filings, bond number and Etc be transmitted to individual business/warehouses relating
to importer shipments.
International ocean freight bill of lading in the International shipping ocean freight industry also referred as a B/L or BOL. This specified goods
have been received on board as cargo for conveyance to a named place, for delivery to the consignee. Besides other points, the international
ocean freight bill of lading serves the following purposes:
1.It is an evidence of a contract of carriage between ocean freight carrier and shipper;
2.It is a receipt for goods;
3.It is a document of title on shipped goods.
There are number of different types of international ocean freight bill of ladings used in the ocean freight shipping industry for export and import
goods from and to the USA. Here are two most commonly used types of NON-NEGOTIABLE international ocean freight bill of ladings:
•Express release ocean freight bill of lading = Telex release = Surrender and;
•Release endorsed upon a set of originals ocean freight bill of lading
NON-NEGOTIABLE international ocean freight bill of lading means that the document itself does not give title to the goods. The consignee
(recipient) named in the ocean freight bill of lading must identify himself to claim the goods. (vs. NEGOTIABLE international ocean freight bill of
lading, issued "to the order of" is the title of the goods. I.e. a NEGOTIABLE international ocean freight bill of lading can be bought, sold or traded
while goods are in transit.)
International EXPRESS RELEASE ocean freight bill of lading means that you do not have to provide originals of ocean freight bill of lading in order
to claim your goods at the destination. Shipment on express release should be released at the destination upon surrender a copy of the
international ocean freight bill of lading. Express release ocean freight bill of lading should state: "ZERO (0) – NO ORIGINALS REQUIRED FOR
"SET OF ORIGINAL REQUIRED" in international ocean freight bill of lading means that goods cannot be released to the consignee unless the
consignee had surrendered a set of originals ocean freight bill of lading.

WE SEND COPIES OF INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS RELEASE OCEAN FREIGHT BILL OF LADING VIA E-MAIL
With us, unless you had requested an international ocean freight bill of lading upon set of originals in advance, after your timely payment of our
final freight invoice, in few days after Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) (sometimes it takes a little longer) we e-mail to you a copy of carriers
international Express Release ocean freight bill of lading in a file attached. Print the ocean freight bill of lading and keep it in your records in order
to claim your ocean freight at the destination.
Notice: Several countries around the world, particularly Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador, Certain countries in Africa, do not accept express release
ocean freight bill of ladings. Ocean freight carrier should specify it upon issue of ocean freight bill of ladings. Then we will mail you a set of
originals ocean freight bill of lading by USPS First Class Mail within USA and Canada for free. Expedited or international mail must be prepaid.
If shipper/receptionist requires a set of originals international ocean freight bill of lading for shipments to countries that DO accept express
release ocean freight bill of lading, then $50 fee will be added on top of cost of the mail.
LETTER OF INDEMNITY:
If in your international shipping an original seafreight bill of lading is required, but it needs to be amended or lost, an international ocean freight
